Energy Efficiency
We have implemented a comprehensive system that combines the intelligent use of LED lighting throughout the building while optimizing our HVAC systems to minimize energy consumption. In addition, photovoltaic panels cover up to 10% of our annual energy consumption. We pay attention to every detail, ensuring a more efficient and environmentally friendly environment.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
We minimize the use of canned and prepackaged products, eliminating the use of single-use cutlery, tableware, glassware and cloth napkins. We also prioritize the use of fresh, local and seasonal products to support local producers and reduce the carbon footprint associated with transportation.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
We offer a complete advisory and assessment service to ensure that each event is run in a responsible and sustainable manner. We provide detailed measurements on electricity consumption, waste management and other key environmental performance indicators, enabling organizers to accurately assess the environmental impact of their event. We measure and monitor energy consumption throughout the facility with carbon emissions calculations performed on a quarterly basis.
